MNRE Biogas is one of a kind project. It lets consumers apply for biogas installation on a digital platform. They can have it installed through MNRE monitored approvals and facilities.

Continuing its green ventures, Quokka Labs created a multi-functional web and android app. It takes care of the official protocols and addresses limitations. It can only be done by deploying innovative problem-solving technologies.

Solution

Accountability Through Digital Stamp

Both parties must submit their photos with the bio-gas setup. The image will be auto-labeled with location, date, and timestamp. It re-ensures that the concerned individual has performed the installation, inspection, and maintenance.

Project Status Approval

The assigned inspector approved the project by submitting its ID and confirmation image. SIA and MNRE approve or decline the requests by viewing the submitted project report. The status is visible under the same segmentation. The installer can re-submit the data if any correction is needed.

Offline Sync

There may be some internet issues in the remote areas, which can create some problems. Our developers have enabled offline syncing of the form for such cases. It's now easy to fill out the forms without the internet. Also, the filled documents get uploaded to the server. Users find it easy to use this app.

Maintenance & Repair

The portal our team developed registers complaints of consumers to the SIA team 24/7. The concerned installer is then directed to fix the issue and submit a verification form in the app. Also, the app has a feature to check the biogas at least twice a year per the protocols. So, an automatic reminder is sent through push notification to the installer. The status of each project is visible to the SIA team, who can direct others through the reminder feature.

Collaborative Functionality

Different stakeholders can work in a single application form. It provides an option to fill the application by retrieving information from Databases. E.g., location by the consumer while modeling no. by the installer. Portals are secure by enabling a segmented experience. After all, each member of the hierarchy has separate logins. Multi-channel support synchronizes application details entered from mobile, web-portal, and vice-versa.
