AdaptQ is an intelligent mobile app and a platform with competitive intelligence that collects, organizes and gives customers complete insights (voice of customers) to drive sales, marketing, and development functions. AdaptQ collects crucial insights from interactions between marketing employees, sales, and customer service with potential leads, former customers, and external stakeholders.
We dedicated our efforts initially to competitor research, user flows, and wireframing, UI design to ensure our design aligned with the goals and expectations of the app. Afterward, we proceed with the mobile and web app development and deployment.
