WriteEasy – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WriteEasy (“the Platform”), operated by Quokka Labs LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using WriteEasy, including logging in or generating content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

WriteEasy is an AI-powered content writing tool designed to help users generate blogs, articles, essays, emails, memos, and other written content.

The Platform can be accessed at: writeeasy.co

You must be at least 18 years old, or legally capable in your jurisdiction, to use WriteEasy. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and any activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.

You agree NOT to use WriteEasy to:

• Create illegal, hateful, abusive, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload sensitive personal data without consent
• Spread malware, spam, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt platform systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

WriteEasy, including its software, design, technology, and trademarks, is owned by Quokka Labs LLP. You may use the generated content (“Generated Content”) for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

Generated content is for drafting assistance only. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, academic, or professional advice. Consult a qualified expert where required.

We strive for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or reliability of generated content
• That the Platform will meet your expectations

You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quokka Labs LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful activity. You may continue using previously generated content unless otherwise prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted at writeeasy.co with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction where Quokka Labs LLP is registered. Disputes will be handled exclusively by courts in that jurisdiction.
